1.Booking: - All bookings must be accompanied by advance payment of 50% and 100 % down payment before the booking date. No refund is made if the person cancels the trip after the payment or after the commencement of the trip or through factors beyond our control such as weather, political disturbance and natural calamities. Additional cost necessitated by such factors such as flight cancellation, delay, accident etc. will be the traveller’s liability.

2. Cancellation: - If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your trip, you should notify us in writing within two weeks before the start of the trip.

3. Alteration of Itineraries: - Miramar Resort reserve the right prior to departure and after the departure cancel or withdraw any tour, trip booking for any reason whatsoever and to alter or omit any part of the itinerary to substitute resort or leader or to change any means of conveyance in the best interest of the passenger should this become necessary. Wherever possible we shall advise you of such changes prior to your departure.

Complaints: - If you have any complaints regarding your tour, trip it must be made within a period of 15 days and must be brought directly to the attention of the company’s Director so that necessary action can be taken to solve it.

Mode of Payment through Traveller's cheques , Demand Draft (in favour of Miramar Resort) . No Credit Card is accepted.
